Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days of confirmed payment. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
Delivery Areas
Domestic orders are delivered across mainland Greece and the Greek islands; international orders are delivered to the address provided, subject to courier coverage and local availability.
Delivery Timings
Estimated delivery within Greece is 1–3 business days after dispatch. International (EU) delivery is typically 5–10 business days (5–8 for tracked). Timings are estimates and may vary by destination and courier performance.
Shipping Costs
Greece (mainland, Corfu and the islands): ACS Courier (€6.99). International: EU Delivery (€27.99), UK Delivery (€65.99) and Europe (non-EU) Delivery (€65.99). The selected method and cost are saved against your order.
Tracking
A tracking reference is issued by email once your order is dispatched, where the selected courier supports tracking.
International Shipping
International shipping is available to most countries. The options shown at checkout depend on your country: EU Delivery (€27.99, 5–10 working days), UK Delivery (€65.99) and Europe (non-EU) Delivery (€65.99). Tracking is provided after dispatch where the courier supports it. The purchaser is responsible for any customs duties or local import requirements.
Delays
We are not liable for delays caused by couriers, customs processing or events outside our reasonable control.
Incorrect Address
Please verify your delivery details at checkout. Orders returned due to an incorrect address may incur a re-dispatch fee.
Undelivered Orders
If an order is not delivered within a reasonable period, contact us and we will investigate with the courier.
