These terms govern your use of this website and any order you place with Greek Peptides. By placing an order you confirm that you accept them.
Research Use Only — Important Restriction
All products sold on this website are supplied strictly for laboratory research use only. They are NOT medicines, NOT dietary supplements, and NOT for human or animal consumption, ingestion, injection, or any clinical, diagnostic or therapeutic use. By ordering you confirm you are a qualified purchaser acquiring these materials for legitimate research purposes, that you will handle and store them appropriately, and that you will not resupply them for human or animal use. We provide no dosage, administration or usage guidance of any kind.
Who May Order
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract. You are responsible for ensuring that ordering, importing and possessing these materials is lawful where you are located. We may decline or cancel any order at our discretion.
Orders & Acceptance
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we confirm your order and accept payment. If an item is unavailable, incorrectly priced, or an order fails our checks, we may cancel it and refund you in full.
Prices, Fees & Taxes
Prices are shown in euros (EUR) and include any taxes stated at checkout. A payment processing fee may be added at checkout; where it applies, the fee and the total amount to be charged are shown to you before you are taken to the payment page. Shipping is charged separately and shown before you confirm.
Payment
Card payments are processed by our payment provider on their secure hosted page. We never see or store your full card details. Where an order is arranged over WhatsApp, payment is agreed directly with us and your order is only confirmed once payment is received. Orders are not dispatched until payment clears.
Delivery
We ship within Greece and internationally, with the exception that we do NOT ship to the United Kingdom due to regulatory restrictions. Delivery estimates are indicative, not guaranteed. Risk passes to you on delivery. You are responsible for any import duties, taxes or customs charges in your destination country, and for providing a complete, accurate delivery address. Returns & Cancellations
Because these are research chemicals, returns are limited on health, safety and product-integrity grounds. Damaged, defective or incorrectly supplied items are covered — contact us promptly with your order number. Full conditions are set out in our Returns Policy, which forms part of these terms.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website — text, images, product data, certificates of analysis and branding — belongs to Greek Peptides or its licensors and may not be copied or reused commercially without written permission.
Liability
We supply materials for research use only and accept no liability for any use outside that scope, including any human or animal use, which is expressly prohibited. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by Greek law and the courts of Greece have jurisdiction. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in force.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time you place your order is the version that applies to that order.
